  Omg so good! Amazing crust and a ton of delicious toppings. Extremely nice staff. I was freezing from the outdoors and they brought out a portable heater! Great service and great food.

  I am originally from NJ, but have travelled/lived all over the US. I have been searching for the kind of NJ pizza I remember from my childhood for my entire life, never found it. Until I went to Casper's. It is EXACTLY that pizza, from the dough to the sauce to the cheese to the pepperoni. The reason? The owner is one of only 500 officially trained and documented "pizzaniolas" in the world (cert. on the wall!). This means he knows how to make a pizza the way it should be, trained by master pizza makers in this most particular of epicurean talents. I was almost brought to tears with the memories that the flavor of this pizza unlocked, after searching for so long. If you like fluffy Chicago style, this is not for you (but will convert you). If you want authentic, delicious NYC/northeast pizza, the next closest place would be in Manhattan. If you've never had the pizza I am describing, you will simply be treated to a new, wonderful pizza. If you DO know what I am talking about, then you really cannot afford to miss out on the amazing goodness that comes out of the ovens, it is simply on a higher plane of existence than other pizza. Next level!
  
  They also have good BBQ, but whatever, this is ALL ABOUT THE PIZZA. So good. So. Good.
